I want to report a vulnerability in the gold cart. I know this is not the right place to do this, but since I don’t own a gold cart license and could not find any contact form, I decided to post here, hoping someone from the team will see this comment.

Sorry if this comes across as being pushy or rude, but I’m tearing my hari out waiting for the WP-Ecommerce 3.8 release with no info to work with.
I can’t find any up-to-date info about it (thread, post, comments, etc?) and no way to tell if it’s even still alive.
I’ve put some ecommerce projects on the back burner since you announced the release back when WP3 was fresh out. The projects are stacking up fast though now and I can’t wait much longer. Like most people I have clients who are getting impatient. A bit of solid info would go a long way.
I was hoping to avoid the other WP shop plugins because I liked what you were saying when you first announced the release. But it’s been months now with very little word of what’s going on.
Any chance you could give me/us a realistic appraisal of where you’re up to and what’s happening, so we can make an eductaed decision about what to do to avoid loosing clients?
