Campaign Trail Plugin

I am pleased to announce that the Campaign Monitor Plugin now works with WordPress 2.8.4

We are also working on a new brand for this Plugin. The next release will be re-branded as the Campaign Trail Plugin for WordPress and it will be available for download from WordPress extend.

Instinct has also commissioned a programmer to integrate the ability to send emails from within the WordPress dashboard. This work should be done within a few weeks and will be another breakthrough in Campaign Management.

Update, 1st September 2010: We are aware of problems with WordPress 3.0 and we have commissioned a WordPress professional to make the necessary updates to this Plugin to make it fully compatible. I have used this Plugin on WordPress 3.0, tested it, and actually quite like it. Stay tuned.

    I am having a lot of trouble getting this to work smoothly. the API key inputs don’t appear to be working, and I cannot remove created lists. Is there any chance that other plug-ins or theme settings could be getting in the way?

    The current version of the plugin is not working on Wordpress MU because it’s pointing to the wrong user’s database. It’s for example looking for wp_1_users instead of the normal wp_users database.

    To solve the problem I suggest to use the $wpdb->users var instead of the $wpdb->prefix where you need the users table.

    So to get it working again, you need to change line 45 on cmMain.php into this:
    $user_contacts_sql = “SELECT user_email FROM `”.$wpdb->users.”`”;

    I can’t seem to get that link to work to download it.

    Also, any idea when Mailchimp integration will be ready?

    Thanks!

    The link to download is producing an XML error. This product sounds great, but I can’t use it if I can’t download it.
