I’m pleased to let you know that WP e-Commerce Plugin 3.7.1 is available for prime time download.
We are very proud of this release and we’re quite chuffed with all the new features and improvements. Here is a quick overview of the 3.7.1 goodies.

Wicked! Nice one Guys~ Don’t forget the ability to send Custom Tracking ID emails! You can set the message and subject in the settings>admin page then add a tracking ID through Sales Page and Send an email using the link provided ;)

this is awesome! but I do have a question. I have a Blog page and I have posts with the category ‘blog’ linked to them with the Category Page plugin.
I want to have IntenseDebate handle the comments on these posts. I do not want comments on the products.

FYI This was actually due to a plugin conflict and products not displaying in IE was a CSS issue due to wp-themes and e-com plugin themes

Hey Guys ! Nice work ! My next step is translate all words from english to pt_BR (Brazilian Portuguese), finishing the file, i will post here for future versions or for anyone interested… the actual file of this language are outdated with the last version of this plugin.
Well i’ve one little problem with the new place for theme files… In “Presentation settings” i selected the option to move automaticly my themes files to a “safe place” but this operation generates some files and folders with the new owner (User 99). After that, its impossible to change/create anything on this subdirectories because the new owner user for files and folders in uploads/wpsc directory.
How to fix that?

Great work on this, they new admin stuff is excellent. One thing I’m finding is that the cart mechanism is still funny.
I just added an item to the cart and went to the checkout. The quantity had doubled for this item.
Emptying the cart in the sidebar widget appears to empty the cart until you add something else – then all the old items come back.
I tried removing them from the checkout page and have to press remove twice for each item.
I’m trying this on two different sites. The items in the cart are not being removed of I empty cart or hit remove (they do appear removed, but as soon as you add a new item they appear again). Also, the checkout quantity is ’stuck’ at £92 – this amount doesn’t appear to correlate with any of the cart items.

The new theming structure is great. I ported the theme I’ve been hacking away at over to it in about 15 minutes. I have some suggestions that could make theming even easier. Do you have a specific area in the forums you’d like suggestions?

I upgraded from RC and am now getting the following fatal error and cannot activate plugin:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_FUNCTION’ in C:\wamp\www\_clients\inotoys\wp-content\plugins\wp-e-commerce\widgets\category_widget.28.php on line 92
same problem, with 3.7.1 there is this error. 3.7 working find.
I can go back to RC version and it’s working fine.
try this, on line 78 of category_widget.28.php, find and replace <? with <?php it solve my problem

The current (3.7.1) wp-ecommerce/languages/FR_fr.php is corrupted.
Try to past the language in french and it will be made an error.

I see that there are several people with this problem also on the forum.
yes this has been reported and we are looking into it,, basically this is an old feature that is kind of redundant since the filters do the same thing but even better!
any chance there can be an option to display the cart as a simple one line;
“Your cart has:XX products in it. Total:$xx.xx”
With a little cart icon at the from would be great!

Does this e-commerce by any chance cater for ‘one-off’ items (like antiques, which are all unique items) – would be truly wonderful if it did.
You could easily just add products with the stock set to 1.
Could you explain where I set the stock to X items, I can’t find that option. :s

I upgraded to 3.7.2 and now when I’m trying to edit my payment gateways (Products -> Settings -> Payment Options) through the admin panel, I don’t see anything. All the other tabs work fine.

Actually I ment 3.7.3.
I am having issues when you add multiple products to the shopping cart it overrides the last product with the curren product you just added. So basically you have two of the same products added separately within the shopping cart.. Any ideas how to fix?
