A new version of the <a href=”http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-wiki/stats/”>WP Wiki Plugin is ready for download</a>. This version comes with overhauled user management.
When a new “Wiki Editor” signs up on your site they can only edit pages and posts that have been marked as Wiki Friendly. This is a great improvement and takes us one step closer to the being the best Wiki option in the world.
The next milestone will be inline AJAX page and post editing.

Hmm – just upgraded to the new version of the plugin (0.6) and am getting an error on “wiki friendly” pages:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_fill_keys() in /the/path/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-wiki/wordpress-wiki.php on line 701
This on WP 2.7.1. Thoughts for troubleshooting?
I also am getting this error because my hosting company is not yet running PHP 5.2.
I would like to downgrade to the Wordpress WIKI plugin version 0.5 to get my site working again but it doesn’t seem to be available.
Admins? Any thoughts?
thanks!
I’m getting the same error if I don’t give the use higher permission than just a WIKI Editor. But even then, I can’t see any links to allow editing the wiki pages. Anyone have any ideas?
P.S. Instinct Guys, why make it so hard to find the actual site for the plug-in?
Where do we find instructional documentation or tutorial about how to implement the plugin? My web designer had the plugin uploaded, and it shows to be activated, but I created the page for it a few days after it was uploaded. I’m afraid I’m spoiled to developed wiki’s, so I might not be recognizing the obvious. Web link with wiki indicated above. Appreciate your advice.
Using WP 2.7.1. & this version of WordPress Wiki plugin (0.6)
Thanks.
I have the same question – a great plugin indeed – if I could only get my hands on some documentation or tutorial how to use in. Got it installed without problems though. Would really appreciate it!
It would be great to have documentation as well as a demo site that utilizes this plugin as well as a way to make a Wordpress site look like a wiki and not just a Wordpress site.
Actually, I found the demo site along with some documentation to the plugin.
I found this plug in and right away thought it was the solution to my “Blog or Wiki” problems. However, after installation and creation of a wiki-friendly post, when a Wiki-Editor logs in and clicks on a “Edit this page” link, nothing happens – the page just reloads… :-(
Did I miss something during my setup?
I am using Using WP 2.7.1. & this version of WordPress Wiki plugin (0.6) on Apache2 and PHP 5.2.6
Hi,
Is it also possible to use this plugin without it taking over your whole wordpress, because I want an encyclopedia/wiki like this for my wordpress, but I only want it as an extra system.
I thought about just making 2 wordpress blogs (one having wpwiki) and to combine these two, but this is a lot of work and takes unnecessary space. So anybody here have another solution?
Thanks,
Xevo
hi man , the Wordpress Wiki 0.8 not work in wp2.9.2 !
